Ms. Gale is an evangelist, actress and the author of “Anointed Agenda” and “Beyond Blessed.” She is a contributing writer for “In Bloom” a 31-day women’s devotional. Maura facilitates and emcees for conferences, retreats and special events around the world. Maura recently premiered her “SHE-SPEAKS” series, which are biblical dramatizations. Maura is the co-producer of “STEM” a reality based stage play and an associate producer for “SOULMATE” a singles documentary. Maura is called the 1st Lady of Spoken Word having released two spoken word CD’s “Ear Candy” and “Ride Rosa Ride.”

As an actress, she has hosted 2 Christian infomercials for Ever Increasing Faith TV, and she co-starred in the ABC movie “Their Eyes Were Watching God” produced by Oprah Winfrey. Also you may have seen her on “Strong Medicine”, “NYPD Blue”, “Ally McBeal” or “City of Angels.” Maura is a well-known voice over talent and can be heard on ‘The Bible Experience’ starring Blair Underwood, Denzel Washington, Cuba Gooding Jr., Kirk Franklin and others.

She has shared the set and stage with some anointed and talented people including: Halle Berry, Donnie McClurkin, Smokie Norful, Mary Mary, Vicki Winans, Be Be Winans, Everett Harp and Gerald Albright. Maura Gale has been a keynote speaker for Tuskegee University, personalized poetry for (NAACP) “The Rosa Parks Story” and Nancy Wilson, and has performed poetry for Congressmen (Black Caucus), Black Women’s Lawyers, Black Women’s Physicians, The NY Clergymen, Bishop’s Dinner Cruise, and numerous churches and her signature piece “Love Grows” was written for “Save our Future” an Essence Award Recipient.

Maura has a very unique approach to spirituality… practicality! She performs poetry about everyday, ordinary situations of which we can share and show love. As a spokesperson and performance poet Maura speaks, host’s or performs poetry at church services, Gospel conferences, showcases, tradeshows, single, youth, and couple retreats as well as concerts in Los Angeles, New York, Chigago, and Atlanta.
